Place	:	Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center 5F https://www.sanbo.metro.tokyo.jp/taito/en/ ( Google Map ) Hanakawato 2-6-5, Taito-ku, Tokyo 5-9 min walk from Asakusa station ( Ginza Line / Asakusa Line / Tobu Isesaki Line / Tsukuba Express Line ).

Participation fee (+ Japanese sales tax of 8%)

System Fee per one system (1)	100,000 yen exempt following number of systems according to the number of consecutive participation to IHE-J Connectathon. 0 times: none 1 time: 1 system 2 or 3 times: 2 systems 4 times or more: 3 systems	100,000 yen exempt following number of systems according to the number of consecutive participation to IHE-J Connectathon. 0 or 1 times: none 2 or 3 times: 1 system 4 times or more: 2 systems	200,000 yen

'one system' includes following fees.
one booth (one table and two chairs), IP address (free), electricity and tech support.
If additional booths are required, 10,000 yen per booth will be added.
If 'remote access' is required, 100,000 yen per one site will be added.
If system name is required to be listed in IHE-J 2018 Connectathon results, 20,000 yen per one system will be charged after test results are fixed.

- Endoscopy
- IT Infrastructure
- Radiation Oncology
- Patient Care Device
- Eye Care (Testing for 'Eye Care' will be held at another place on different days.)

Also, refer to http://www.ihe.net/Technical_Framework/index.cfm for profiles, too.

If there are not enough participating systems to conduct a necessary testing for some profile and actor, then this profile and actor would not be judged in this year's connectathon.

How to make a reservation

Please register with the application system linked bellow.
Registration of systems, profiles and actors should be made with Gazelle separately.

1.   In the first page, please create your company account (one account for one company).

2.   The system environment questionnaire is included in the system. Please answer by the deadline.

3.   Please note if the required information is missing, then the application cannot be accepted.

4.   When registering with Gazelle, please submit IHE Integration Statements and DICOM Conformance Statements (if the system uses DICOM) for all systems.

10/14(Sun) - 19(Fri)	IHE-J 2018 Connectathon (The first day is only for setting up the place and installing devices.)
