Interface structure 1) About image delivery to electronic medical record, we studied the connection to identify the delivered image, and image delivery technology. We added implementation of appropriate interface. 2) If image information was given off line from the systems of other hospitals, then it must be simply and easily incorporated with connection. For this purpose, we implemented the import function based on PDI integration profile. Message from the vender about the system used

Our company helps hospitals select the best system. We have addressed positively the standard that facilitates connection even in multi-vendor environment. Even before IHE-J started activity in 2001, we had participated in IHE Connectathon in the U.S. Our Acquisition Modality, Print Server, and Print Composer acquired Gold Star, which are accredited to comply with IHE-J. This time, we participated in "Showcase-type verification research of IHE-J interoperability in radiology department " in Saitama Medical School consortium, and tested a radiological image electronic storage server. This server participated in fiscal 2004 and 2005 IHE-J Connectathon, and acquired many Gold Stars. Compared with IHE in the U.S. IHE-J will be studied and become guidelines that incorporate clinical factors peculiar to Japan. We are one of few manufacturers that develop all modalities and PACS in Japan. We intend to adopt IHE-J proposal positively and to contribute to standardization of medical information technology in Japan.
